The Water of Uncertainty

The greatest challenge for the human mind is how to have unwavering belief in that which cannot be proven. As humans we seek to find the empirical evidence in everything. What we fail to realize is that everything we know can be questioned with the same logic.

Men

Ye Have Not, Because Ye Ask Not

Many of our Lords Words have been portrayed by man as clichés and superficial, one dimensional meanings. In the Christian family, we regurgitate most of what we've heard without an intimate, detailed study of that particular thing. If it rolls off the tongue well, then it must be supreme Truth and the sanctuary goes wild (in my sports announcers’ voice).

Losing Love by Apostle Irvin Whitlow

There is not a day that goes by where somebody somewhere doesn’t hear the words, “I love you!” However, those words have simply become misconstrued. If love could have a simplistic definition it would be kind committed devotion that never quits its efforts. By saying this indicates someone that will always maintain the same type of action. Such love would produce security along with comfort causing one’s confidence to be constantly confirmed. If you think about it, who wouldn’t want that? Nobody, because everybody wants to be loved.

The question becomes how does one leave such a commitment? How can something so beautiful be abandoned? Perhaps it’s because such love has never been truly nurtured to have the proper nature! Love is associated with character, but many have become fascinated with charisma instead. It is for this reason abandonment takes place, leaving one to care a broken heart. Men do it to women and vice versa.

The heartbreak of a first love is so detrimental that it causes one to believe they are unlovable or incapable of having a successful relationship. The mind is tortured with questions of value and qualities until eventually a person determines within themselves that they’d be better off being alone. They develop the idea that it would be better for them to find happiness and security in themselves. Yet that wasn’t what God intended!

Imagine that this is what God senses when he goes out of his way for people who turn their backs on him for something fascinating. Nevertheless, God says come back to your first love... come back to the one who will forever be kind, committed, and devoted with efforts that never quits... that’s the Love that awaits you!!!

It Must Come to Pass by Apostle Irvin Whitlow

It Must Come to Pass
Isaiah 55:8-11

It’s most reassuring to know that God is still God. He won’t stop being God. He doesn’t need any help being God and he won’t change. Therefore, God is not a man that he should lie or the son of man that he should repent. Man is locked into a finite condition being governed by circumstance and intimidated by situations. Man at his best is still a failure because he is wicked and unrighteous. Once again, man’s righteousness is as a filthy rag on his best day and will fade as a leaf.

You must remember that God is from everlasting to everlasting… there is no other like him. There is not one before him and the will not be another one after him. He alone has been and will always be the only one true living God. He is omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient, and omni competent. God is sovereign, everything moves by his power, so he stands alone. He makes it clear that his was and thought are not ours; as a matter of fact they are higher than ours, as far as the heaven from the earth. Look at this parable: the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not go back up, but water the earth making it bring forth and bud so the seed sower and the bread eater can have a harvest. God’s word comes in one of two forms and one certainty.

I. Prophecy

 Speaking forth the mind and counsel of God. It is the declaration of that, which can’t be known by natural means, it is the forth telling of the will of God whether with reference to the past, the present, or the future.
 It is also foretelling which is a forewarning or prediction to edify, to exhort and comfort. A discourse emanating from divine inspiration and declaring the purposes of God.
 Prophecy pursues you.
 Prophecy meets you at the point of your need.
 Perhaps you are still waiting on a prophecy.
 My question is, what have you done with the last one God gave you?
 God knows his thoughts toward you and what you need to hear from him.

II. Promise

 To avow, to intend, a summons, a word, an undertaking to do or give something, to profess, to act proudly, to announce that one is about to do or furnish something, and to declare.
 You pursue promise.
 Promise says where you will be.
 Promise needs you at the point of your meet.
 Promise is expecting you.
 God’s promises aren’t based upon our treatment of him or one another. He does things suddenly.
 God’s word is his occupation!
 He has to match what he says.
 He will not lie, fail, cheat, and he is not slack concerning his promise.
 All of his promises are yeah and amen in Christ.

III. Prosper

 To succeed, to show or to cause to experience prosperity, to be at ease, to have a prosperous journey, to help on one’s way.
 God’s word must produce what he takes pleasure in.
 His word will not go back to him in empty condition.
 It must come to pass.
 Jesus can’t return until every word is fulfilled.
 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but his word must come to pass.
 Don’t turn back.
 Don’t give up.
 Keep waiting.
 Keep on trusting.
 Keep holding on.
 The worst is over.
 You are going to experience prosperity and be at ease.
 It shall come to pass.
