God’s Love and Domestic Breakthrough by BY MS.B ( BONITA CLAIBORNE)

2 Corinthians 10:4

As a topic for discussion this will be divided in four segments .
Each word will be defined and a brief narrative to follow. The current events globally are
increasingly focused on division, rebellion and ultimately violence. Regardless of denomination
or spiritual beliefs , we all notice something is going on.

Most individuals believe in a higher power and trust that higher power for protection and
guidance. God is usually that higher power. Some have specific names while others use God
generically to address who they have faith in.God is considered to be the one Supreme Being,
the creator and ruler of the universeHe is eternal, spiritual, and transcendent, who is the Creator
of all and is infinite in all attributes; the object of worship in monotheistic religions.

Acts 17:24-26 ESV states “The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of
heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as
though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and
everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the
earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place.
Love is defined as a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.

A feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend. The
reading of 1 John 4:8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love ,
gives us a definition of love to search out true relationship spiritually further readings include

Colossians 3:14 ESV
And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

John 15:13 ESV
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

1 John 4:19 ESV
We love because he first loved us.

John 3:16 ESV
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not
perish but have eternal life.

1 John 4:7 ESV
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God
and knows God.

John 14:15 ESV

1 Peter 4:8 ESV
Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.
When we think of the term domestic we must include all definitions such as ,of or relating to the
home, the household, household affairs, or the family and or relating to one's own or a particular
country as apart from other countries. In the matter of households we read1 Peter 3:7 ESV
Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman
as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may
not be hindered.Ephesians 6:4 reads Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring
them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. For wives we have the reading in Ephesians
5:22-33 ESV Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head
of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as
the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he
might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word.
As we further define domestic it takes us to a broader meaning that includes geological
boundaries. It includes territory distinguished by its people, culture, language, geography, etc.,
and an area of land distinguished by its political autonomy; state. Where we live has meaning to
God’s love as well as how we handle our personal relationships.

Deuteronomy 28:1-68 ESV reads “And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God,
being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set
you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and
overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God. Blessed shall you be in the city, and
blessed shall you be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your
ground and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock.
Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

To say breakthrough the scriptures tell us in Psalm 118:1-18 ESV

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for
he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever! Let Israel say, “His steadfast love endures
forever.” Let the house of Aaron say, “His steadfast love endures forever.” Let those who fear
the Lord say, “His steadfast love endures forever.” Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the
Lord answered me and set me free. To experience a breakthrough it is an act or instance of
removing or surpassing an obstruction or restriction, the overcoming of a stalemate,
any significant or sudden advance, development, achievement, or increase that removes a
barrier to progress.

God who is the creator of all things loves us without conditions, who gives us the power through
his love and guidance to be victorious by faith in all areas of our lives. We must understand we
need to walk by faith to be victorious not just in our personal life but as a country. The divisions
and violence can only be diminished by what we do and how we respond as a follower of Jesus
not as a follower of man and his devices. There are always choices to how we respond to others
and situations and circumstances. The Bible gives us specific guidelines and points out the
fathers desire for our being obedient. The protection he gives through love id guaranteed if we
listen to the living word . We are not humans trying to have a spiritual experience. We are
created by The Spirit Of The Most High to live in the spirit and return to The Spirit. We merely
exist as humans all power and authority by faith to overcome any adversity .

2 Corinthians 10 1-4 King James Version (KJV)

1 Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence
am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:
2 But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I
think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of
strong holds;)
